I admit that I was a little reluctant when I realized that kaplunmarx wasn't necessarily a criminal law firm, but after consulting with Ashley Killeen I knew I was at the right place. Unfortunately I've had my fair share of experience with attorneys and I feel comfortable saying this was the best counsel I came across by far.

I was injured almost two years ago, and I didn’t know which law office was a good one. After some searching on the internet I came across KaplunMarx. Then after reading some reviews they seemed to be trustworthy and professional. I’m glad I decided to work with the this firm. I mostly worked with Ashley who was super great. She did her best to get me as much money as possible. She also never rushed me to make decisions about my case. I would definitely use this firm again but hope I don’t have too because being injured is not fun. I DO RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM.

Just wrapped up a long but fruitful journey to settle my case after a 2016 car accident, and have to give props to Ted and the Kaplun Marx team. They made this experience the easiest possible through the entirety of the last 3 years- they made sure I had proper medical care and connected me with new doctors when the first ones fell short. They kept pushing as the folks on the other side dragged feet and slowed things down from the start. They didn’t cave or give up when it seemed like settlement at a number we could all swallow was going to be more challenging than it seemed at first. In the end, we’re settling without me having to step foot in a courtroom, with a number that feels completely fair and frankly, is higher than what I expected at any point in the last 3 years. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend anyone who needs an attorney for an auto accident or otherwise, turn to Kaplun Marx.
