Jon Accepted my case almost 2 yrs ago. Great communication in the beginning. As time went on, Very dismissive throughout the process of me inquiring about my case. I wasn’t informed on what was needed on my behalf in order to make a strong case. My case was submitted a few months (4-5 months) before statute of limitations (2 yrs in the state of PA). A month prior to the 2 year statute of limitations, the lawyer chose not to represent me. He didn’t notify me himself, he sent another lawyer to follow up with me. It was very negligent and unprofessional the way my case was handled. I spoke with another lawyer, and he told me in 2 minutes what should have been told to me 2 years ago when my case was accepted. To drop my case a month before statute of limitations shows the lack of care and disregard. Had I been proactively informed that he didn’t want to represent me early on, I could’ve got another lawyer to represent me.

I was in a really bad car accident and a good friend of mine recommended Ted kaplan and his group. In the begaining I was a little skeptical. After talking with Ted he really makes you feel like your in good hands. His group also does a awsome job by keeping you informed. I was extremely surprised at how fast and efficient this group worked on my case. I would definitely use this lawfirm again.
