I was told multiple times that Michael Van Der was going to represent my son at trial. He was there but let a attorney who was a attorney for 1 year. Michael kept saying things to Grant. The judge got irritated and asked who was representing my son and Michael said him. He then took over and lost. No evidence just accusation that the victim didn’t know what year or anything. I know my son was misrepresented. Michael should have the decency to admit he was wrong and represent my son for free. I’m sorry but it’s been 3 years and that’s all I think about. I’m under psychiatrist care and haven’t slept or ate right for these years. Michael I’m asking you please get my son’s convection dismissed. Just think if it’s was your child. I know my son is innocent and I’ll never stop till I take my last breath. Please find it in your heart and conscious to do the right thing. Brian has no idea I’m calling and writing. It’s Mary Alicea his mother who knows he’s innocent. Just read the report again and you’ll see many discrepancies from Anthony and a few from Christina.

My experience with the entire team was nothing but great! The full team Erica, Neysa and Brian were all very pleasant and professional! They kept me up to date and walked me through the entire process. Everyone there made sure I was comfortable, and knowledgable with my case, ensuring that I was in the right hands! Would never recommend this place to anyone. Although some of the lawyers may do their jobs correctly, others are there just to take your money with no work being done at all and management will be right by their side to back them up. It’s a shame when you tell a lawyer he is fired and he still says he is showing up to court dates because another lawyer is not assigned to the case. (Another lawyer was assigned) It’s a shame that you would abuse your power as an attorney and tell someone’s family member they do not know the law and scam them out of their money without making not one appearance in court and when asked for a refund...stating there are no refunds. When asked to speak with a manager, he’s just as rude and nasty and tells you to do what you want to do before hanging up and telling them they still owe money. The communication is horrible!! I’ve never heard a lawyer say, “I’m sorry I’ve been tied up with trial for 2 weeks and could not return ONE phone call.” If you know you do not have time for clients that are paying you a good amount of money, maybe you shouldn’t take on new cases. It could become overwhelming. Know your limits and stop scamming people out of their money just because “everyone seems to have cash now and days.” Just sickening! If I could give them NO STARS I definitely would!

I have been using this law group for 2 years for my child custody case. Going into the office I was so nervous, however, upon arrival was greeted with a friendly face and offered water, tea and coffee, which I greatly appreciated. K was introduced to each member of the law group and was appointed Daniel Devlin. Handing over my stacks of papers Mr. Devlin promptly got out his pen and pad and sorted through my files and we talked. I became more at ease and relaxed feeling good to know he was not only listening but empathetic to my situation. I left feeling like I could jump kick the air and sing in the rain. During scheduled court appearances, Mr. Devlin was always punctual and gave me updates a couple of days before court and always before entering the court room. He was professional and I was elated to reach an agreeable outcome. He was not there for the work but he was on my side! I will always and forever be indebted to them. There is no price on the work that he’s done. I will continue to refer and be a voice to my friends in need because if you’re looking for an attorney like Dan, this is the place for you! Thank you all for your hard work I know he did not do this alone. I give this team 5 starts!!!

Attorney Richard Coble of Van der veen an associates was absolutely awesome! My Husband was in a bit of a bind and Richard Rumbled the charges with a Concise knowledge of the law and literary sat with my Husband for a great deal of time to gain all info needed and to inform my husband of every detail of his case! He was back home safe and free of all charges! he was amazing.

They represented me well with my case. I was not a fan of being asked personal questions about a family member who is also a client. I feel like that put me in a horrible position and shouldn't have happened. However, for everything else they were clear and quick with an auto accident turning around in 16 months. I have already recommended them to others with accidents.
