I hired Max Kramer when I ran into a very legal situation. He was very professional and upfront from the beginning. I am grateful for Mr Kramer’s patience and laid back demeanor. He calms your nerves when you feel maybe at times hope is lost when anxiety and over thinking plays in. Even when you know your innocent you can still end up found guilt it pleading. Took quite some time to actually speak with an actual person. Whenever I'd attempt to call I'd be transferred to a continuous ringing line and then the call would just drop. Eventually I was able to speak with someone. They were highly communicative when gathering information regarding my elderly mother (who has now passed). Some weeks later I was told they couldn't represent me. I asked if they could provide details on why so that I could be better prepared to connect with another law firm. I never received an answered. For obvious reasons, I do not recommend.

Max Kramer is an excellent lawyer! He beat my boyfriend's case at his first court date! I called him on a Saturday & 12 days later, he came to the preliminary hearing and was able to get the case dismissed (4 felony charges.) He communicated consistently, shared relevant information, and answered all my questions. Watching him in the courtroom was impressive. He's very good at his job! They can careless about miscarriage victim. They reached out about the Norwood/Delco landfill toxic case then I responded but my condition is not horrific enough for them to make money off it.
