Great firm to represent Us

Very Dismissive and lack of communication. I called to get a lawyer to handle my case, and I was provided Daniel Devlin (Wasn’t able to come in and sign paperwork officially because he missed our appointment). He would take weeks to respond to simple messages/emails, and would barely take my phone calls. I spoke to him about this issue multiple time and he would brush it off with no regards. (Personal I wouldn’t want someone to represent me in court who can’t even take my case seriously let alone neglect dates, information, or my concerns.) Additionally I would have to call the lawyer firm for them to then transfer me to him to get in contact with him. After he missed our appointment I call the firm again to get a different lawyer to represent me, and they said that no one was available at the moment but someone would call me back. Yet never received a call. Definitely go elsewhere.

Choosing Abigail B. Cohen as my attorney was the best decision I could’ve made! She does outstanding work. I didn’t have much hope going into this case but she put in the work and exceeded my expectations! She has great communication skills and always made time to speak with me to address any questions and concerns regarding my case. Abigail was always very professional and you can tell she takes her job seriously.

I was represented by Ken Edelin who is not a partner at this law firm. He was very unprofessional and very unauthentic. I made a huge mistake selecting him as a lawyer in a pretty serious situation. From the start, he had no clue what was going on, couldn’t remember the charges, and his approach was completely wrong as it didn’t work and I told him it wouldn’t work. If I were to guess, he was trying to sabotage my case. Thank god for the DAs witness or this would have turned out worse. He was very neglectful the entire time and at the end told me I’d have a cool story to tell. He insulted me on many occasions and ignored it and shouldn’t have. It was easily the most stressful time of my life having to wonder if your lawyer is helping you or not. If you have any respect for yourself or your life/family, do not pick Ken Edelin as a lawyer.

Attorney Abigail B. Cohen is absolutely amazing! Attorney Cohen does her due diligence when representing her client, and does an outstanding job. I would describe her as knowledgeable, professional, polite, and helpful. Thank you Attorney Cohen, I wish this review had more stars to give.

I hired Richard Cobbs who told me to pay $1500 to investigate CYS case and talk to prosecutors. I told him everything I knew and he said he can find out further information than what I knew. He then took my money and said he is not able to find out anything further since it's an open case - but yet was quick to take my money to come back with no further information. Refused to return my funds. Fraud, dishonest lawyer. If this post still up this way. No changes has been done.

I was recommended this law firm by a very good friend of mine, and he told me I would not be disappointed when I called the law firm. I was extremely happy that they were warm and welcoming but to my dismay, it wasn’t my experience with them I paid them in full for services, and I was not happy, my lawyer, Kennth Eden did not show up to my hearing or did he not let me know about my pending criminal charges. Our contract stated that he was hired for pending criminal charges and a PFA, I am $6000 out and In September and I have not got a refund and they will not respond to emails. I do not recommend this company at all and I will go to The Bar and the Better Business Bureau. This is awful. I hope no one else has experiences.
