Subpar firm.

Several years ago I was named as a defendant in a lawsuit and accused of a litany of defamatory charges that could well have affected my professional standing and reputation. After appreciable angst and investment of energy & resources I was dismissed as a defendant and the co-defendant property owner won a summary judgment dismissal. I felt that the plaintiff and her law firm had sued me for an improper purpose, and either in a grossly negligent manner or without probable cause. I asked the Beasley Firm & Lane Jubb whether they would be willing to take on this ‘Dragonetti’ malicious prosecution case. A very complex fact pattern going back years, voluminous documents, a rancorous underlying litigation and predictable intransigence on the part of the target defendants made this a very challenging & risky undertaking, a case that would likely have to be tried to verdict and upheld on appeal. Lane Jubb and the entire team at the Beasley firm did simply a superb job, winning a verdict including punitive damages into the seven figures and then convincing the appeals courts to uphold that verdict. Their efforts at each stage of the proceeding, discovery, trial & appeal were exhaustive, attentive to detail, and strategically prescient. There. I made it 5 stars. They attempted to help me. I guess that's all that matters. Women, don't reach out to these men for sexual assault cases. They aren't touching it with a 100 ft pole, despite claiming to on their website. They were kind to me anyways.
