As a physician and professor at a major Philadelphia teaching hospital whose career wrongly came under attack, I needed to retain a law firm that commanded the highest respect in both the legal community as well as the medical community in Philadelphia, in addition to being the sharpest legal team around. This is why I hired The Beasley Firm. They helped me in the toughest of situations, and I could not have asked for better representation. In particular, Lane Jubb worked tirelessly on a reasonable settlement, and then tried my case in court when our settlement demands were not met. He was able to obtain an extremely favorable settlement midway through trial; even more favorable than we had initially demanded. I came to understand that in court it is not just about having a strong case, but it is also about having a strong lawyer who can make sure that the opposing side understands just how strong your case is, and how far you are willing to go for justice...and The Beasley Firm was willing to go that distance with me. Was left to die with massive infections and a gut rupture intentionally. While violating the law and code of ethics. An easy case with the evidence I have and reckless illegal activity by the hospital iam pursuing they chose to not take the case because of some unprofessional nature. It's their right to not take a case. But I am not impressed. I heard they were good but I beg to differ.

Several years ago I had the devastating experience of losing a loved one during the preliminary stages of a medical procedure. I subsequently met Mr. Beasley at the office and he carefully listened to me about my loved one's adverse experience with the medical establishment as well as my own frustrations with getting answers to my questions. He then assigned me to Pete Johnsen who ever so diligently and thoroughly worked with me over a multi-year process to painstakingly gather the information needed to answer my questions and to settle a medical malpractice suit. He was there for me and the memory of my loved one throughout this painful process and was an unflagging support to me. I can only give my eternal thanks to Mr. Johnsen and the entire team at Beasley Firm for giving me the peace of mind I was seeking and to help bring some accountability to the medical profession in this case. My sister and I had a great experience with Louis Tumolo and the Beasley firm. This was a very long process but Louis stayed on top of things and was always available for questions and very forthcoming with news on the latest updates of our case. He was compassionate and thoughtful in how he spoke to and worked with my sister and I. His guidance secured a settlement for the loss of our mother, and knowing we were able to get some kind of acknowledgement for the mishandling of our mother's care, who had many more years to live, provided some closure for us both. Beautiful, friendly, and professional

I suffered injury at the hands of a negligent physician. I am still in the process of speaking with attorneys to see if my situation will support a medical malpractice claim. That being said of all of the firms I have spoken to the Beasley Firm stands out. To date they have been receptive, respectful and kind. I can't say same of many of the other firms that I have contacted. I am not sure how things will pan out for me, but I can say that regardless of whether they choose to represent me or not that I would recommend them based of the quality our interactions to date.

The Beasley Firm was highly recommended to us when we were seeking a firm to represent us in our sons medical malpractice case. He had a traumatic birth which resulted in a stroke just prior to delivery that caused brain damage and now he lives with daily seizures and has no independence.
