The Beasley Firm ,in particular Dr. Marsh Santangelo , was valuable in a very long and unsettling process of a lawsuit concerning my husband. During the long period of COVID and the shutdown we were kept advised of any progress and every effort was made to facilitate a speedy and fair outcome. Enough can not be said about Dr. Santangelo’s, ,as well as her law clerk, Ken Purpura’s efforts to make us comfortable with this process and they both went above and beyond to make an unfortunate situation more bearable. The Beasley Firm took on my sons case after a well know Philadelphia Law Firm told me there was nothing they could do for me. I met Jim Beasley roughly five years back then I met Lou Tumolo roughly three years ago. I came to the Firm desperate for help I wanted to ensure I would be able to care for my son long term and they made sure of that it was Not easy but I stand by it being worth it I’ve loss a total of four jobs in the 4.5 years they were fighting for my son and it was always due to me not being able to work due to him either being hospitalized like he is right now at this moment we have been back-and-forth in the hospital for the past six weeks it started from Hip surgery to feeding intolerance severe anxiety the list goes on! I am reminded every-time I look at him that even if it hurts or your scared of the outcome as a parent we are obligated to make sure we do it in our power for our loved ones who have been done wrong & I am Forever grateful for the Beasley firm because I am now not in fear of losing my home due to me not being able to work due to the wrongdoing of others. We were able to purchase a home and get the home modified for my son who now has a heated pool which is perfect for his cerebral palsy a wheelchair assessable van which is beyond convenient being that he is in a wheelchair and has equipment that he hast to take with him everywhere on top he has helped me learn that I am stronger than I believed I was I thought I would not be able to go through it I didn’t want to hear what actually occurred but I got through it we got through it and money does not change my sons fight but it will make sure he is taken care of it will assure that during these long hospital stays I won’t be HOMELESS AFTER being here for my child. I am forever Grateful for all of those that were involved in my sons case. This is more then a Firm they are Family
