I highly recommend Brian Fishman!!!! Brian represented my husband on a false criminal charges. And we couldn’t hope for a better outcome than what we had he was able to have a few charges dropped and on the end my husband was founded not guilty!!! The best part about all is, whenever you call him or email, he always reach out to you as soon as he can.. Not like most lawyers that doesn’t even call you back after days of you trying to get a hold of them.. Best attorney ever only have great things to say about him !!! Brian represented me last week against false criminal charges brought against me in Philadelphia. The two complainants wove a false narrative, perjuring and lying to the court and judge from the moment they opened their mouths to testify. At one point, Brian wanted to introduce evidence against the plaintiffs that the judge would not allow....even though Brian cited case law allowing this evidence to be seen/heard. The judge actually directed his assistant to call a bailiff to remove/arrest Brian from the room, because Brian WOULD NOT back down. This is the kind of attorney you get when you hire Brian. He is passionate in his defense, and most definitely smarter than the 'other side'. I hope I never need a criminal defense attorney again in my life, but if you do.....call him now. He's the best. Brian Fishman is a super lawyer indeed. He currently helped me beat an assault charge that I was fighting for over a year. The accusations I was faced with was very exaggerated, but no one wanted to believe my side of the story. Brian on the other hand felt the honesty in my words. He listened to every detail from the time I entered his office, until the the time I left. He always kept me updated on his discoveries and theories about my case, so I wasn't left in the dark when it was time to enter the courtroom. After all the continuous court dates we finally came out on top. He never left my side or even once had a doubt whatsoever. He remained confident and humble every time he entered that courtroom with me. Brian Fishman makes you feel valued not only as a client, but as a human being as well. If I could give more stars I would! So I was charged with a summary citation and was told by the officer there would be NO criminal record. To my shock I discovered that I would have a criminal record and it could not be expunged for another 5 years. I found Brian and he did a free consultation. I had spoken to several other lawyers, but they were impatient and did not want to hear too many details. Not Brian, he listened to in great detail every aspect of my situation and my case. This is before I even paid him one dime. I went in to meet him. He and his staff are incredibly warm and cordial. Brian is a meticulous person and covered every aspect of my case and defense. He took all my calls and would answer every single question I had, never said he was busy or anything like that. In the courtroom he was very good, very tough and perceptive. He went after the prosecution's case on every point they tried to make. When I was worried about my case he would give comfort and aid, me being the paranoid person I am. The judge gave a quick Not Guilty and we were done. Now my case is being expunged as we speak. No record for me! Even though it was a small issue, Brian tried the case as if the stakes were high. He presented my defense, objected when the prosecution played with the truth, and was relentless in cross examination. This is who you want on your side. This is the type of lawyer you need when you find yourself in trouble. He is the real deal. I wish I could find more to say but I cannot sell you how much of a help he was during the trial and the weeks leading up to it. Brian is an A+ lawyer and his fees are very fair given the high standard lawyer he is. He is an Ivy League grad with numerous awards for his practice. He is worth every penny! If you're ever in need I cannot recommend anyone better!

Brian Fishman's professionalism and attention to detail resulted in a just result for our family. My husband was falsely accused of a crime. The first lawyer we hired wanted him to plead guilty just to "get off with a few months of community service, since there were no prior arrests". Brian on the other hand read and understood all the information available, organized his questions, and questioned everyone in the courtroom so it was clear who was telling the truth and who was lying. He is a smart man doing a good job to make the truth clear. I recommend him without reservation.

Brian successfully defended me in a 2016 criminal case in Philadelphia in which a young female neighbor falsely accused me of aggravated assault (strangulation), an accusation that was supported by her boyfriend who claimed to have witnessed the incident. Since I had known the woman for several months I was able to provide Brian with evidence questioning her credibility. Brian took time to clearly explain the intricacies of each step in the court proceedings. At trial Brian demonstrated a very high level of mastery of criminal law proceedings to introduce evidence despite the objections of the prosecution. Brian systematically demolished the testimony of the three prosecution witnesses: the arresting officer, the plaintiff and her boyfriend. I strongly endorse Brian Fishman for any criminal matters you may be facing. Be assured you will be retaining a high caliber attorney with a great sense of humor as well.

Simply stated, Brian has been a godsend to our family. My daughter found herself in trouble with the law and facing charges that would seriously impact her ability to find work and housing in the future. We had little to no idea of what to do to find proper representation for my daughter so we did what so many others do and searched online. One of the more impressive collection of reviews was for Brian Fishman so we scheduled a meeting. After only 5 minutes in his company we knew we had the attorney for my daughter. He was knowledgeable, professional, funny and extremely easy to talk to. Over the next number of months we found out just how extraordinary he really is as an attorney. Brian was able to work with the District Attorney's office, where I believe he once worked, and the judges to allow my daughter to enter a program that could ultimately get her charges withdrawn and we are now working toward getting them expunged. Brian did an amazing job and because there were some specific issues with my daughter that made things even more challenging we quickly learned that not only is Brian an excellent attorney but also a very compassionate man. He was wonderful throughout the entire ordeal and the final outcome exceeded even our wildest of dreams. I can't thank Brian enough for everything he has done and because of him my daughter now has some very troubling shackles removed from her life. He was able to turn a nightmare into a very positive outcome. I hope this review can be helpful to others just as Brian's earlier reviews certainly helped with our decision.
