The Prison system paid no attention to the fact that my grandson’s designated time in prison was longer than his sentence dictated. I hired Brian Fishman to correct the situation and he did so. He aggressively attacked the problem and followed through at every twist and turn (of which there were many). He kept his eye on the ball until he achieved the desired result. My grandson will be home by Christmas instead of May. He and his family could not be happier or more pleased with the work done by Brain Fishman. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Fishman is definitely worth the money, this man reassured me that everything would work out fine and I’d be okay. And sure enough he lived up to his word, courteous and respectful of his clients time he took the time to hear me out and make sure he got the right outcome. Unlike other lawyers he doesn’t like to drag out your case just to milk you for every penny you got, he puts you first and even after your case he’ll make sure your set straight. I highly recommend him!

I called this office because they came recommended when I called to my surprise the woman who answered the phone was so rude and condescending that I would never want to use this attorney. I am surprised that with that attitude

I have hired Mr.Fishman for the last couple of months. He has been phenomenal with my fiancé’s case. He works hard and can be reached even in this pandemic, he also calls from home when he is not in his office. We are extremely satisfied with all his service and his fast processing on this case. My fiancé was held on a detainer twice and was stuck in prison. Mr. Fishman got him released twice and he did this while my fiancé was in jail in another state. My fiancé is No Longer on Probation because of Mr. Fishman. We have been dealing with this situation for awhile and the detainer issues twice this year. Throughout the process we hired Mr.Fishman and it was The Best decision we made. He went from lifting the detainers to actually having the probation dropped all together. I can not stress how great of a lawyer Brian is. At first I wasn’t 100% sure of the quality of lawyer I was getting but from day one he was easy to reach and share details of my case with. He took my case personal as if his own family members freedom was on the line. Our first court appearance he not only exposed a shady police officer but argued for me at my preliminary hearing as if we were in trial and beat the case right then and there! He could of prolonged until trial and got more money out of me but the fact that he didn’t is a testament to his character and quality of lawyer he is. Being a young black male it was a breath of fresh air to finally find a lawyer so altruistic, you can’t find anyone better. And him reaching out after everything was over to just converse about my positive direction for my future was also heartening. Needless to say I highly recommend!!
