“Not guilty”. Are there two more sweeter words? I doubt it. Especially because that’s what I heard. And when you’re facing real jail time and penalties, you really can’t afford to hear anything else. That’s why I am so lucky to have had Brian Fishmann recommended to me by a friend who also heard those great words due to Brian. Not only are you getting an incredibly smart lawyer, but you’re also getting someone who takes a real personal approach to your case. Brian was there every step of the way. He showed up, called me often, we sat down and we put together a defense. And the thing is, if he felt I didn’t have a chance, I know he would have advised me appropriately. Even when we went to court, and our motion to suppress, which seemed air tight, was surprisingly shot down by the judge in a last minute reversal, Brian had a plan and covered our bases. Don’t look anywhere else for your legal needs. Brian isn’t just a great lawyer. He’s a great guy.

So despite the fact I met Brian almost two years ago come January I was facing a very secured case on my charges and looking to be sent away for a long time. Brian fish men never gave up on me not for One second to jail visits to personal phone calls on helping me with my addiction long story short Brian puts together an awesome defense for myself and presents it to the judge we made almost 9 court appearance and Brian was ready for them all in the end I walked out a free man not more than 6 months later...... fast forward a month after that Brian represents me for a possession case I’m bucks county that happened prior to the Philadelphia case where we were all sure I was going away for a long time. Brian gets the charges dropped no license suspension and gets me 1 year of probation. Now 6 months later I violate numerous times hot urines new arrest absconding fleeing a court room refusing a urine refusing to comply with drug program and I was sure I was going to jail but again Brian fishman the man the suit the well played attorney had the judge agree with him well probation n parole where asking for a 6-12 month incarnation followed by parole. So once again Brian pulls another W out and I walk out a free man when we were sure I was leaving in hand cuffs. Brian fishnet is honestly one of the most out going and caring lawyers I ever encountered he wasn’t just my lawyer he became part of my family if your going to have anyone represent you from pa nj Brian fishman is definitely your guy... sorry this took 2 years to do Brian lol
