I paid for her services for custody as well as child support. Her office never filed the paperwork for child support, nor would the office contact me back. After a month of not hearing back from the office, I filed the child support papers myself. Circumstances changed and I no longer needed her services. She told me 4 months ago that she would refund all money that has been paid since her office hasn’t had to perform any services for me. She has not returned my calls nor emails.
