DO NOT USE HIM, HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! This lawyer is very sketchy and handled my case very poorly, he told me he was sick of me calling him but the only time I called him is the only time he worked me my case. He is very unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. Stuck his hands in my face pointing at me aggressively after I asked him a question he didn’t want to answer. He acts like a child and shouldn’t even have a license. I was shocked that he threw a temper tantrum about my questions in his office. He’s only in it for the money!

It couldn’t have been anything else but God that brought Ellis Palividas into my life. For the last 4 years, I’ve been fighting a DUI case. This would’ve been my 3rd DUI which comes with a minimum of 1 year in a state penitentiary. I didn’t feel as though my initial lawyer had my best interest at heart. He didn’t seem sincere about my case and didn’t seem understanding enough about the negative effects that my life could have if I was found guilty.
