If you have an uncontested/simple (no settlements, kids, etc.) divorce case & are looking to be divorced quickly, I would not recommend this firm. The fact that I had to file for divorce was so traumatizing, something I never envisioned. I wanted this nightmare to be over as soon as possible, and they couldn’t deliver. Reoccurring trend from her office: difficulty getting in touch with Alycia & even her paralegal. At times I tried multiple modes of communication: (phone (leaving multiple messages with no call backs), e-mails (to paralegal & attorney); one time I physically went to the office to leave a written message requesting for an update. On average, it would take 2 weeks to get a response. It felt like I was constantly getting the run around. I understand that in the midst of a pandemic, proceedings are delayed. But once you breach INTEGRITY, I’m done. My final straw was not receiving my affidavit at the outlined timeframe. From on/around December 17th, I checked my mailbox feverishly hoping this paperwork would finally make it to my hands. The last step in terms of filed paperwork on my end. Never received it. After (again) multiple attempts, I finally reach the paralegal on Jan 12, she says it will be mailed out the following day. Roughly 2 weeks go by. I call the paralegal for updates: “on another call, she’ll call right back” (didn’t happen). Called again (she’s out of the office). I then decided to terminate my services with the law firm. I can’t stress how much I need this DONE. She finally calls me back and says she mailed it out on Jan 11th. How? If when I called you on the 12th you said you were going to mail it on the 13th? She then claims she would mail it out certified this time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. What is the reason I never received it as outlined? I even kept calling the office at the end of December trying to stay on top of things to no avail. Ultimately, I terminated services & found a different attorney. I am essentially starting from scratch, but would rather do that than keep getting the run around from this firm. **Look at the poorly rated Google reviews. Other people have similar things to say. I wish I saw those reviews before being subjected to so much disappointment & unnecessary stress.

Alycia is an excellent Family Lawyer who is knowledgeable and caring about your needs. She listens to your story and fights for your interest. She worked with my family for 1 year and half and was able to assist me in obtaining more time with our daughter. Alycia genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you Alycia for everything.

The lawyer was very knowledgeable of the matter, but most importantly very patient and kind. Not only were all my questions and concerns answered fully, but I left with true satisfaction of knowing that i made the best decision with having Attorney Kinchloe as my lawyer. I Highly recommend her!

It's funny how luck strikes. Reintroduced through a mutual friend, Mrs. Kinchloe was a blessing. She was able to come in, in a short period of time, and represent me as if she was living through my tribulations. She was very knowledgeable & showed me a lot of empathy. Going through this process was, & still is, a difficult process. Ultimately, having her as a resource was actually what I needed to feel confident about my approach. I would highly recommend her services, as I already have! I am quite sure I will be reaching out to her again in the future. I was very impressed with Alycia. She was my lawyer through Premier Disabilities. She contacted me a few days prior to my hearing to give me an idea of how the proceedings would go. She is very knowledgeable about Social Security Law and was more than prepared for my hearing. For the short time we were together she gave me her full attention. Alycia's confidence made me feel comfortable at a time I was really nervous. She was friendly and kind and I couldn't have asked for better representation. I haven't gotten a decision on my case yet but I felt very good about the hearing as did she. I can honestly say no matter the decision Alycia did everything possible to get a favorable decision. Ms. Kinchloe was there for me when my former Lawyer failed me. She was organized . She work hard to give me what I wanted even though because of the new law of shared custody my case ended with shared. She fight for her client just work with her. Thank you. The courts of philadelphia insisted that i pay $987 a month for child support dor one child, so i went online and landed on Alycia I hired her on the spot and now am paying $300 less than regionally ask me to pay.
