I cannot say enough great things about Lee or how much value Lee has given us over the years. The best way to summary Lee, he has become our "outsourced" in-house counsel for both my existing company and my previous company that ran from 2012-2014. Lee has done it all for us. Just off the top of my head, he has provided the following services to us over the years: 1) Contract creation, agreement edits and even negotiations with potential clients and prospects 2) Create terms of services, privacy policies, business agreements, employee and contractor agreements 3) Provided consultation on legal matters and assistance to avoid situations from escalating unncessarily 4) Helped in very time and sensitive issues Again, that is JUST off the top of my head. For context on how valuable Lee has been for us, we refer him to our clients, time and time again. We're preachers. We would never recommend to our paying clients anyone unless we know they can not only deliver, we've worked with them directly. Lee has one of our longest lasting business relationships at our company, always over-delivers, has the best communication I've ever seen with an attorney, and cares about you. He's even affordable which is incredible! You won't find a better business, startup, enterprise or professional attorney in the market.

I hired Lee for assistance with putting together a contract regarding digital media & intellectual property. With his input, I was able to obtain a version of the contract that fully protected my existing intellectual property once it switched from independent to contract production. His counsel & services were invaluable in helping me broaden my audience and expand my brand.

He's done excellent work for me personally, for my work, and my business. He got me out of a partnership agreement that I was unhappy about. He's also squashed unreasonable/pesky complains by a neighbor on my rental property. He's fixed some of the complicated multi-state incorporation for my work. I am happy to send him referrals, because he gets things done.
