I sustained a right shoulder injury in 2008. At fist I thought everything was going smoothly and the insurance carrier was paying me the correct wage amount and accordingly. I was very mistaken, the were not paying me the correct wage amounts and I did not become aware of this until Eric S. Borjeson made me aware and calculated correct amount I was entitled to. I was in a very bad situation with delinquencies and about to become homeless. Prior to hiring Eric I consulted several other attorneys in this field and was very uncomfortable with hiring them because, they made me feel like they did not care and were just after a buck.($) Eric's knowledge of the legal system in this field is unrivaled.Eric responded to every and All calls I made to him even. An excessive amount of calls not only to his office but to his cellphone as well, no matter what my concern was small or large.I was informed and in the loop play by play with matters pertaining to my case,which was very comforting. He is someone,not just someone,a lawyer that I can trust and I would refer to anyone as a result of my experience. Thanks to Eric I am able to submit this to you because, if it were not for Eric,I would be homeless right now. In my book he is not only a GREAT attorney but a Great person as well who goes above and beyond of what he is paid or legally obligated to do!
