What can i say, WOW, Vanessa Caruso and Allison Rowland were an amazing team from beginning to end! When we were told that we had to file for a waiver of inadmissibility I was became filled with stress when i realized how much more work would be involved in order to assure success. Then found our answer! One conversation over the phone and i knew they were the ones to help us through this long and difficult process! Right off the start I felt a genuine feeling of compassion and understanding for our specific situation and they made it clear what the following process would entail. They were clear about the length of the entire process with immigration which was important for us and they explained exactly what we would have to to moving forward with them. I think the best part about this was their level of communication! They were always easy to get a hold of and always open to answer any and all our questions and I can even say in all honesty that NOT ONCE was I sent to voicemail! That was most impressive!
