This was in regard to the purchase of an acre of land that we are contemplating on purchasing. He told us legal traps to watch out for, what all needed to be done, and how he could help us. He was terrific. Although this was a consultation, we may decide to hire him in the future.

I've worked with Scott Pavelle quite a bit over the years, and recommend him without reservation. I've found him to be extremely fair, affordable, and at all times honest and forthright. Projects he worked on for me include, review of legal notices, generation of contracting documents, business incorporation, generation of IP agreements, review of contracting documents, and review of IP agreements.

I have used Attorney Pavelle for a few complex insurance cases as well as a few civil cases. Mr. Pavelle is incredibly thorough with his analysis and was insightful about how an insurance company thinks.
