I recently talked to Dan from BuyBox about selling my home. I was hesitant at first to call because of my recent experiences with different agencies. When I expressed my concerns of being treated fairly and my doubts in the whole process, Dan really heard me and met me in that space. I felt a genuine care for what I needed and a respectful and helpful response to my worries. After discussing my property, Dan advised me to list it with a Realtor, as it was my best option. He even went a step further and had an agent do an assessment on my property, spending more of his time in order to give me valuable information in regards to what I could expect to sell for. Even though this company didn't buy my home, I'm extremely glad that I called. The transparency, professionalism and kindness that was shown towards me made a seemingly daunting task a true pleasure.

Dan (and everyone behind the scenes) at BuyBox were AMAZING! We needed to move my father to a place with no steps etc due to his age and were lost as to what to do about his house because I live out of state and the process of selling a house is sometimes a nightmare. Instead of a nightmare this process was a dream come true. From the very first call Dan was amazing, he understood my concerns and explained the whole process from a to z and calmed any fears I had. Dan was straightforward with what they would be able to offer and it helped me to understand where things stood (luckily it was in the area we were hoping for). Communication was clear and constant, we never felt lost or confused about anything. We hit a little, baby speedbump along the way that cause some minor stress but Dan was able to quickly rectify the situation and we were back on to smooth sailing. Closing could not have been easier and I could not wait to write a review about how amazing the experience was. I would 100000% (and probably more than that) recommend BuyBox to anyone who is looking to sell!!
