I recently hired Mr. Spivak to help me with a criminal case and a PFA case that would have had dire consequences if not handled correctly. Mr. Spivak was extremely respectful when we first spoke on the phone, and gave me a no-nonsense consultation before we met in person. During the whole process with both cases he was diligent, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, always kept in touch, and always answered any of my questions in a timely manner. Both cases ended up being withdrawn and dismissed. Although it’s obvious that not everyone will have the same results with their personal cases, I can definitely assure you that Mr. Spivak is a solid choice for an attorney. If I could give them zero starts I would. I called asking for help or pointed in the right direction. And they told me the same thing the police did. That there’s not more they can do.
