I was kept informed on the status of my case on a regular basis. My phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this lawfirm to anyone needing assistance. My case was a slip and fall claim. I was extremely satisfied with the results of the workers compensation portion along with the negligence portion of the case.

You actually talk to a person when you call, not a machine. Kept me updated on my claim and I could not imagine dealing with a insurance company on my own. I tried to and could never get the adjuster to call me back. Highly recommended

Over all I had a very good experience working with everyone at Woomer & Hall. I had a unique case where I was hit by a teen driver where he totaled my car, I broke my arm and suffered a concussion. The injuries were not that severe so due to the fact that I only had limited tort, other law firms would not even look at my case. Woomer & Hall took over after I tried to argue with the insurance company on my own and they low balled me on the value of my car and then charged me over $500 for a rental car(nationwide insurance) when it was supposed to be covered under insurance. Woomer & Hall helped me not only get a fair value for my car, but was able to get compensation that exceeded what I was even expecting.
