Attorney Apessos settled my case very fast and I was very pleased with my settlement. Professional service.

I had a terrible work injury and didn’t know where to turn. I was referred to him from a larger firm since my case wasn’t one of the “big ones” that the flashy firms like. From the minute I signed with him, Chris and his staff were prompt, professional and caring. They made me feel more like a person than a paycheck.

I hired Chris as my attorney for a trip and fall four years ago. He waited until the statues of limitations was almost up and filed suit against the company. Then found out that things were misfiled. The judge threw the case out and Chris then came to my house to apologize. Nice of him, right? Well in that apology, he said to get another attorney and he wouldn't fight the case. Needless to say, he fought every bit of it.

After I hired Chris, he met me at my home and spent some time looking around. He made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home. When he was at my home I could smell beer on his breath. I found out in the middle of my case that he told a friend that I was a client of his and gave a nasty comment about me. I felt like I was was stuck with him as my lawyer. He settled my case for less than $1,000! When he told me he was suing for a lot of other things. I saw less than half of that! I would never recommend using him!

I hired him to represent me for an injury that has had an impact on my life, and not only has he been very professional, but also very sensitive to how I've been affected.
