Family member ended up not going to court, and Rebecca negotiated a fair deal between the spouses. It was a difficult situation between a couple in their 70’s. Todd was realistic, easy to talk to, and gave us peace of mind. Hope to not need their services in the future, but would definitely recommend to anyone in a tough PFA situation. We are very grateful to have found them on short notice. They are honest and even followed up after the agreement was signed.

I was served with a PFA which was motivated by revenge and based on pure lies. I am a law abiding citizen and never had to deal with police and courts, so I was pretty scared once I realized what could happen if the PFA became final. Our family hired Attorney Spivak when our daughter's life became a legal train wreck.
