Jeffrey was referred to me by a client who had been through a particularly difficult divorce. He did an amazing job dealing with my very difficult ex. What was supposed to be a simple signing of papers turned into circus of nit picking and ridiculous demands. Mr. Pollock handled every new situation without hesitation. In the end he went above and beyond to ensure that the papers were signed and I was protected.

Jeff is a excellent lawyer! Upon meeting him I was consulting regarding a divorce from my husband. He was so attentive and personal. He spoke about his family which helped me to put trust in him because as a family man he could understand my concerns regarding my family. As uncertain as I was he took out his book of answers, asked aloud the question I was having and informed me to close my eye and place the card into this book. The answer assured me of why I was there consulting. I decided to try marriage counseling before moving forward. I can say that the answer the book gave me was absolutely correct, he would never change and I hired Jeff as my divorce attorney and never looked back. It was a long process but he continued to do his best at accomplishing what I needed him to do and advise me of the next steps if things didn’t go as they should. Which is exactly what happened. My then husband refused to sign the papers and his attorney could not get ahold of him for several months. His attorney withdrew from representing him as a client. Jeff advised me to talk to him before we made any attritional steps towards proceeding. All I can say is thank you to Jeff for advising me to talk some sincere into him. Just 5 days of less later he finally contacted his lawyer and signed the final divorce papers. Jeff released me from a extremely bad marriage and I will be forever grateful. Your a rockstar, Jeff!

Was able to help get my custody agreement fair and wonderful with the kids. Truly helps make it fair for everyone and what's important to the children which is the health and safety.

Jeff pollock responds on time. Keeps you up to date on what's going on, forwards all information. Answers any questions that concern you. Always does as he promises. Writes well written motions. Is very knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend him!

I'm confused by the prior 2 star review, because my personal experience with Jeff Pollock is 5 star +. My kids are my world, and I searched high and low for the right attorney to represent me. I was starting to get discouraged, until I found Jeff. Upon our consultation, I felt comfortable right away (very important when choosing an attorney) and knew he was the right guy for the job. Jeff is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Oh! A major plus is that he actually gets back to you, and in a timely manner no less; something that is apparently rare for attorney's these days. Summed up, Jeff eased any anxiety I had and gave me hope. He is ethical and doesn't believe in any surprise charges; everything is clearly laid out. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future if needed, or to refer him to a friend.

Awesome solo practice lawyer. Knowledgeable, respectful, and reasonable. One of the best family practice lawyers in the Western PA area, and handles criminal law along with many other needs. Private parking at his office is a plus in the area he practices. Always punctual, great communicator, knows the legal landscape of the area in which he practices.
