When my husband was charged with a 3rd tier DUI last year, needless to say, we were in complete turmoil. My husband's work requires him to maintain a CDL and the notion of losing it and potentially his job was overwhelming. Everything he had worked so long and hard for was at risk. I made appointments with several lawyers and started researching as much as I could on each of them. Michael's credentials were so impressive he stood apart from all the rest, and frankly, I was ready to hire him before the interview. Our meeting with Michael came last and there was no comparison. The other lawyers advised us that ARD and sacrificing the CDL was the best option while Michael immediately started reviewing the police report looking for ways to defend my husband. We were so impressed with his strategy and the way he proceeded to pick apart the details of the arrest...he wanted to fight and we felt confident we had found the right attorney! Mr. Sherman came highly recommended to me by a couple of people. He discussed my case with me thoroughly, he gave me the best advice he could, and was very personal as well as professional. When it came to deliver in court room he brought out all the points we discussed and more. His motions, fact finding, and case sightings were outstanding. My teen-aged son got in an auto accident and was at fault. It was an accident-but the police were attempting to charge him with reckless driving and racing on a highway. He could have lost his license for a year and had a record that could have affected college possibilities. Frank went with us to the Magistrate and negotiated a deal with no reckless or racing charges, no points lost, no license lost, and 30 hours of community service. While Frank's services were not cheap, it was a bargain compared to the hit my insurance would have taken had we accepted the initial charges, and my son is able to get on with his life and learn from his mistake. Mike is extremely knowledgeable. I was facing some serious charges related to my dui and he was able to get most of them dropped or reduced. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of my trail.

I was facing my third DUI charge within ten years. My third charge was at the lowest end of the scale from a breath analyzer. I watched the machine fail in front of me twice. I had a case here I wanted to fight. My previous lawyer was one who always wanted to plea. I hired Mike and he was a god send for me. He proved to me to be cutting edge knowledge for DUI cases. Mike steered me in the right direction.. Mike hired Jimmie L. Valentine for an expert. Mr. Valentine's findings on reviewing my case were very impressive. In the end the prosecution did reduce my charges to just traffic tickets. Without Mike's expertise I do not think my case would have turned out for my favor so well. Mike is a super nice guy. You give him a chance his knowledge will prove well for you!

A very highly skilled litigator well versed in Pennsylvania law and its application. When you need to convince 12 ladies & gentlemen of the jury…this is the guy you call. He is a cool level-headed counselor who always has his wits about him. With an approachable and likeable demeanor, juries resonate well with him. No, I’m not a relative (or even a client!), I’m a friend of a client who was exonerated. The fact that I'm even writing this review ought to be a testament to how convincing this guy is.

Mr. Walker is a true friend to the military community. He will make sure that service members and citizens are treated with respect and dignity. Mr. Walker worked endlessly to uphold the rights of a fellow service member my brother, who was presumed guilty until proven innocent.If you feel you have no options from the justice system then let Mr. Walker open a door for you that will lead you to victory and justice. I only wish I was able to rate Mr. Walker with 10 stars.

A member of my family happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and was cited with a violation which required a magistrate hearing. We hired Frank Walker for legal advice and representation and he recommended that we be proactive with education and community service. He was also very helpful in explaining the legal process and how the case would be handled. Thanks to his counsel, we were totally prepared for the magistrate hearing. Unfortunately, local politics came into play and our case was not dismissed. Frank immediately filed an appeal which required another court appearance. During the appeal, Frank won our case and had all charges dropped. We definitely made the right choice in hiring Frank Walker. He did an excellent job defending our case.

Working with Frank Walker Law was a great experience during a less than great situation involving my 19yr old son and a false ID. Frank and his Admin Assistant Leah were amazing. This was the first time we've ever needed the services of an attorney and to top it off we live 3 hours away. I had a lot of questions and fears but no matter how many times a day I emailed, texted or called, I always received a response almost immediately and not just an impersonal yes or no, but a detailed, comforting, confident response. Frank advised us of things we could do proactively (40 hrs community service, alcohol awareness class) to demonstrate our remorsefulness to the Judge. Best advise ever because the arresting officer agreed to drop the charges and the case was dismissed. Even the Judge was complimentary about how the situation was handled. I feel very fortunate that we had Frank and his Assistant Leah by our side through this situation.
