Tom McKinley from Ketchel Law is the best! I was facing 2 charges and he was able to get them both totally withdrawn. He never mentioned this could happen. He did advise me to expect a punishment of some sort (which also calmed me when he indicated the severity of the potential punishment was not as bad as I originally thought) so I was pleasantly surprised when he entered the court room and told me everything was withdrawn.
