Called about car accident was made to feel it wasn't big enough for them

After a near fatal bicycle accident, I contacted SS&F. They came to the hospital to meet with me. Thru their quick and thorough investigation, I was able to recieve a full sellelment with the other parties insurance carrier as well as all the hospital and medical expenses. They stayed in touch with me through out my hospital stay and took the worry out of the equation. Alex and his twin brother treated me like family. Going to court I was petrified that I would be going to jail as that is what I was sentenced to by the Magistrate. Within minutes of all parties arriving attorney McKinley had everything we do to me only paying a fine I could not be more relieved. Exceptionally dedicated

Multiple men from the firm have assisted me with my case over the past year. They have been helpful and nice, but the person that helped me the most was Barb. I cannot explain how much effort she put into having my record cleared. I had an unusual circumstance which she spent months trying to fix for me. I have never met another individual who cared so much about someone she had never met. If it weren't for Barb, I wouldn't be able to get my job and finish my master's degree. On top of all the effort she put in, she was always kind, funny, and timely with her responses. I would highly recommend using this firm simply because of how wonderful Barb is at her job.
