Scam! Took my money and ran. Not going to say too much more but I will definitely have someone review the matter. HERE IS A COPY OF THE MOTION TO WITHDRAWAL WHICH THEY COULDN'T GET RIGHT EITHER. AND NOW, comes the Mother, Diana Cole, by and through her attorneys, John D. Richards, Esquire, and the DeRiso Law Group, LLC, and files the within Motion to Withdraw and in support thereof avers the following: 1.Mother, Diana Cole, retained John D. Richards, Esquire, and the law firm of DeRiso Law Group, LLC, to represent her in the above-referenced matter. 2.Plaintiff has advised that he no longer wishes to be represented by John D. Richards, Esquire, or the DeRiso Law Group, LLC. 3.Counsel has taken steps to the extent reasonably practicable to protect Mother's best interest. 4. Counsel has taken all possible steps to work out this matter with Mother prior to requesting to withdraw, but she has been non-responsive. If you can't spot the errors then you deserve what you get. The devil is in the detail and this firm dropped the ball.
