This guy is the most unprofessional lawyer I've ever encountered.. my family gave him my money 6 months in advance for a case I was fighting from outta town. Knowing I was going to be extradited to Pittsburgh I paid him in advance. I was in the Pittsburgh county jail 2 months before he came to see me. Came to see me in shorts and a dingy t shirt. I really didn't believe he was a lawyer. I Got a high bond initially. Told him to ask for a lesser bond he told me to wait some more. Didn't have any reason for me to be spending any extra time in this county jail. Told him I want my money backand he sent a letter to the judge saying he didn't want to represent me anymore. Then basically disappeared. Don't know if he was having money problems but if your looking to get robbed he's your man. They gave me a public defender and he immediately got my bond reduce. Wish I could give him a negative star.

Michael is the goto divorce/ custody attorney in Pittsburgh. Had a difficult case involving two young children, my first attorney was unable to keep up with the work load. Had a colleague make a suggestion to give Deriso a call via a positive experience. I was visiting Pittsburgh for a weekend and got into a precarious situation due to a misunderstanding. After meeting with Justin and explaining what happened he explained the process clearly and assured me he could handle the situation. Not only did he get the entire case resolved, he did so with very little work on my end and I was shocked at how little he charged me.
