My experience with Shenderovich, Shenderovich and Fishman was fantastic. I felt very comfortable and secure with every step and decision needed to settle my case. My sister passed away after an unexpected illness. Her financial advisor recommended Adam Anderson to me to handle her probate case and process her estate. During this most difficult time for me and my family, Adam guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions and handled everything. Not only was he very knowledgeable about all the legal requirements, he was very sympathetic, personable and compassionate. Going through this process made me realize that I needed to have my own affairs in order. In addition to the probate case, Adam handled all my own personal estate planning (Will, Living Will and POA documents) for me and my wife at no additional cost. He also set up a family trust for us so that we could minimize inheritance taxes in the future. Adam was very down to earth and treated us like family. I could not be more pleased!
