I write these words with unquestioning belief and trust that Attorney Justin Ketchel and his staff made an unbearable situation tolerable. Ketchel was recommended to me by two attorneys that I know personally. This was my first contact with the legal system; I was spinning in a frenzy. Upon my first meeting, Ketchel's calm demeanor and assurance that this was serious, but not the end of the world, gave me a bit of a safe feeling. Ketchel represented me at the District Magistrate's office. One of the charges was dismissed because of Ketchel's work. It was that charge that greatly interfered with my psyche and family life. Other than prayers, he was my consolation during my hearing process. Waltman let the judge know that I have limited hearing , and the judge accommodated me so that I could hear her words. Appreciated. Letters from my family members and counselor were discussed between Waltman and the judge. Because of his efforts, I feel that I got a fair adjudication. Ketchel and Waltman were with me every step of the way and certainly made several steps easier. Ketchel has been recognized with a professional award. Dave Zuckerman is a straight forward lawyer who lays everything out front and gives his professional opinion on your best options. Dave got my case resolved without penalty and it was dismissed.
