Worst Law Firm Ever. My brother hired them for traffic citations. They charged him high amount still got convicted of all the offences plus paid the actual fine with lawyer fees added to it . On top of that, insurance increases for 3 years and safety record goes down for 3 years. Could have done better myself they didn't do nothing . Whenever, we tried to call them their lawyer Thomas and other colleagues behaved very rude and arrogantly, I wont recommend anyone to go to them unless you want to get ripped off. Avoid at all costs better fight it yourself don't waste your hard earned money on them

Scam. For 10,000 case asked for 3000. Only filed petition and was late for arbitration hearing. Then asked for another 2000. Never filed complaint and won’t return calls. Worst attorney ever! Beware they only want your money

They were very knowledgeable and inciteful. Friendly and informing. They showed compassion and made me feel like I was seen and heard. And they have taken great care of my family as well, which is more than I can say for any other attorney office.

I would seriously recommend this firm to everyone I know. When you hire them it’s like having a team on your case. Everybody from the Attorneys to the Assistants are very helpful and friendly.

All I can say is thank you, thank you and thank you to the entire team at Ketchel Law Firm. Attorney Tom McKinley was the absolute best. Tom was always very honest with me, explained every detail and aspect of the case in a manner which I was able to process and adequately understand. I have never been involved with the law so my knowledge of court proceedings were very vague. With all that said I ended up with a charge that would definitely affect my career. This charge lingered over my head for 9 LONG MONTHS!!! The case was simple yet complex in nature and Attorney McKinley did his thing!!!!! Please be honest with your attorney as I was totally transparent with Tom and Justin. Tom was always very honest, very knowledgeable and he took my case SERIOUS!!! Knowing your attorney really has your back and working tirelessly on your behalf for an acquittal is exactly what Tom displayed. He was friendly to my witnesses, provided full explanations regarding what they should expect and explained every aspect of the case to me clear and precise even if he had to repeat himself several times. Although he was friendly in nature he turned into a venomous viper in that courtroom. He had my charges acquitted without even calling my witnesses OR myself to the stand. He knows the law and it shows in his work. The receptionist always answered my calls, always delivered messages and was also very friendly. I am so eternally grateful to have my life back after this vicious attempt by the plaintiff to portray me as a villain. Tom was able to navigate through everything, dissecting the plaintiffs testimony and witness testimony and thank God I received a full acquittal. Tom is The Bomb, Tom is The Bomb, Tom is The Bomb.
