Called to get help filling out petition to intervene. The person I talked to stated it honestly wasn’t worth her time. Careful calling this office if your stressed about your situation. She said that people call all the time for free advice. Well, I wanted to pay someone to proofread a form for me. But she didn’t even give me a chance to ask what I wanted help with.

Let me start by saying that Greg Suher did an absolutely terrific job in my child custody case! I had a very tough case, had the cards stacked against me and he developed a plan of action right away and executed it flawlessly. I was an out of state client but had no issues with my work schedule and time differenece due to Greg and his teams professionalism and time management skills. I was SO relieved picking Michael Sherman. I had a felony & 7 other charges. At the end of the day, I ended up with no felony and 2 charges. I could have been in jail for 10 years. I got 1 month house arrest with work release & probation. I wanted to plead guilty, even though I wasn’t and mike advised me we could win, I myself couldn’t risk going to jail putting my hands in a jury with the case against me. I called to discuss hiring them regarding a custody case and after the receptionist asked me basic personal questions and I started to describe my situation, she made assumptions about what I was seeking, then had to put my on hold several times to ask an attorney questions and in under 2 minutes told me they wouldn't be able to help me and gave me the name of another company to call.
