This place is a joke and whoever my sister talked to was rude. They handled a case for my dad and when they were to mail checks to myself and my siblings each and every check was addressed wrong and they could care less. Now my siblings have to wait 30 days because of their mistake. They hired another lawyer to get our information and that’s who they blame. I would look for a law firm who doesn’t throw blame around and actually cares

I originally went with another attorney in Erie, PA to solve my bankruptcy, but she took three months, waisted my time, and then refunded my original payment, because she could not "understand" more than a simple W-2 on my tax return which was complex. I then drove to Steidl & Steinberg in Pittsburgh, met with Ken personally, and it was literally night and day. I left our meeting 45 minutes later knowing I was in the best hands for bankruptcy in the state of PA. His representation on my day in court was priceless, and there was no confusion from his team or hang ups. If you're going to declare bankruptcy and you want it done right without any issues or fear or feelings of guilt go with the pros. I've already recommended this firm twice this year.

Very professional, fast ,easy and very understanding

Ken is great. The attorney who sits through the filing is fine. But our paralegal left more to be desired. I didn’t know what to expect. But it felt like we were reaching out to the office several times more with questions than we were getting answers. I would use again, but not the paralegal we had. And if our case was too much for him to handle, I wish it was given to someone else.

She is very professional and has compassion for the situation her clients are dealing with. She took the time to communicate and keep me updated on the status of our case. She went above and beyond! Firm is very Knowledgeable, however response time on replying back to you could be much better. My lack of communication from the firm was more so by my assigned paralegal than the managing partner. I felt having Mr. Steidl in my corner was very helpful and advantage in completing my case and getting the result i wanted.
