Lawyer very helpful and very upfrk2

I had an accident last year the attorney Erin is my representative but as i signed my papers for there fee and charges they stop contact me to give me update about my case whenever i gave her call she didn’t respond. It’s there job to hive me updates even though i am paying them 40% fee as well.. she is so rude.

This was our first time through the filing of an accident claim - hopefully the last, but Jason and his firm really moved the process along. They instilled confidence in us the whole way through and my wife and I feel like we received an equitable resolution. Thank you for great service.

Jason represented me in a medical malpractice case and won. I never thought I would need to find a lawyer for a medical malpractice case. Thankfully after research I found Jason! Very professional and understanding of the disabilities I had. He took the time to research the conditions I have so he knew what was going on with me. He explained the "big lawyer terms" in simple words so that I always knew what was going on. He made sure he kept in contact with me with updates. Emails with small updates to emails with big updates. I hope I never have to be involved in another medical malpractice lawsuit, but if I am I will 100% call Jason again. I highly recommend him. I never thought I would find myself involved in a malpractice suit, but I was, and needed a competent and professional lawyer. That is what we got when we met Jason Matzus, and so much more. From day one, he was honest, professional, and extremely knowledgable about the medical profession. Throughout our time, preparing for the trial, Jason made a conscious effort to get to know our family and had so much empathy for our situation. He made us feel like our case was personal for him and he was very compassionate towards our family, especially my mother. He was very accommodating when arranging meetings with us, putting our schedules before his own. Jason went above and beyond to prepare us for the trial, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. We also had confidence in the associates working with Jason, as they were very professional and competent, along with being very personable and helpful. During the trial, Jason provided extremely intelligent and competent witnesses, who provided all the evidence we needed to prove our case. When he was presenting our case, Jason was prepared, articulate, and extremely professional. We got a chance to speak with the jury members after the trial, and they all spoke very highly of Jason and some even said that he presented an "ironclad" case. They said that they felt he was very prepared and liked the way in which he presented the case. I hope I am never involved in another malpractice case, but I would not hesitate to contact Jason and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of assistance.
