Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable… it felt like I was dealing with someone I knew. Lisle provided a quality of service I would have been happy to pay for, but I didn't have to, bill zero.

Polite, courteous, respectful, and nice. Did a great job handling my traffic case.

Mr. Silverman & his staff we wonderful throughout the process in recovering the lost value of my car. I did not go in to the situation expecting to ever make up the time/money/frustration I had dumped into my vehicle. Mr. Silverman's practice patiently led me through all the documentation I needed, how to handle calls from the dealership & manufacturer, and did not back down when they met with the manufacturer. I am happy to report that they did a phenomenal job recovering the lost value of my vehicle--far exceeding what I had hoped for. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a lemon/manufacturers warranty issue.

These men gave me a second chance at my life... and while they are half way there! They got me a new trial, my freedom, and have no doubt they will get me the best resolution possible in the end! They took care of everything. The only thing I did was cash the check.

Never thought I'd have issues with a brand new vehicle at 16,000 miles. They helped us take on Dodge (2015 ram eco-diesel) and although the lemon law didn't apply the magnuson moss warranty act did apply. There was no fee to us and we won the case. Settled out of court the money we received helped offset the loss in trade in value. They always responded quickly and were very helpful. Highly recommend! They were clear and upfront about everyone that the process involved. My only regret was not contacting them sooner!
