There are certain people in life that you are really glad you met, Gary Gerson is one of those people in my life!! It is not easy to find a lawyer who is honest and straight shooting all the time, but I can say without hesitation that that's who Gary is. If he can help you, he tells you that, and if he can't, he lets you know rather than taking your money knowing that there is nothing he can do. I have recommended him to several friends and family members, and every time he has done exactly what he said he was going to do plus more. I recently had someone close to me literally put their future in Gary's hands, and the outcome was better than any of us could have hoped for. During the entire process Gary explained every step, answered every nervous call, was honest and true to his word and delivered on every single thing he said he would. Of all of the people that I know who have used him, I have yet to hear one single bad word about him!

Gary is a an excellent Criminal Defense attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable of the law, filing deadlines and courtroom procedures. One of the first qualities I noticed was his demeanor, he was very respectful in the courtroom. While the other side was trying to play games by both the actor and legal representation, he remained calm and collected. That goes a long way with a Judge. Gary was readily available and very, let me change that...extremely patient. He responded to calls, texts, and emails promptly. He fully explained the process in layman's terms so we could understand. Gary arrives on-time, everytime, whether it's a court appearance, meeting during the work day, or weekend appointment. Gary assembles the best team of investigators and forensics and presents a detailed, organized defense. He takes the time to remove the road blocks the other side tries to present and is successful. my name is john p. i used attorney Gerson on a 2nd dui case. he told me his fees up front and let me make payments. he told me what i should do in my case.he even will meet you on weekends! he keep me out of jail and let my family feel better. he is very easy to get a hold of. i asked him for paper work after my case and he sent it in the mail quick. he dosen't no this yet but i might need him for another case. what i really liked best is he is really down to earth and never put me down for what i did or having to make payments. you can't go wrong with this guy. the best part though is he knows the law. he will tell you all of your rights and lets you make the decision on were you should go. in general i really liked this guy. he did one case for me and i was impressed! if you want an honest good attorney with a fair fee. this is your guy!
