We contacted Paul Lagnese after learning that my wife discovered a mistake during surgery at a local hospital. He led a team that research the situation thoroughly, evaluated the options and proposed an optimal strategy. We valued his and his associate’s attention to detail and response to situations and our concerns. We are convinced the outcome was fair and would recommend Berger & Lagnese as a counselor.

Unless you have an easy case don’t use this firm. My case was punted to Ana Lisa Petrella and she quit from my case 1 week before my hearing. She withdrew because of miscommunication , even though i had communicated my wants multiple times. It is called not listening, not caring, and only wanting to play nice with other attorneys. I called to discuss with someone, anyone at this firm since Ana Lisa withdrew without having a conversation with me about it (only got an email stating she quit) and i got the run around or pushed to a voice mail with no call back. This law firm is a joke. Take your money elsewhere.

My family member had an unknown urology injury after surgery. My family member returned to the hospital feeling awful. The hospital sent him/her home on antibiotics. Still feeling poorly family member returned to hospital again and had to have urgent / emergent surgery to repair urology injury. Law office said family member did not have a case. Family member still with on going urology issues. Very disappointed with this attorney.

I would like to say I was in a car accident back in June and reached out to Bernard Tully Attorney at law. They were very responsive to meet my needs and got the Job done. I am very satisfied with my ending results and the professional manner of making sure I was accommodated for all injuries. This was a long journey for me but they helped me along the way great empathy and going above and beyond.. There services come highly recommended from personal experiences. You are the best! I was hit by drunk driver who was 5 times over the legal limit. I sustained injuries (nothing life threating) and I tried to navigate things on my own. The other driver had an Attorney due to the DUI and as things progressed neither insurance company in my opinion was being fair or responsive to me or my needs. I looked up attorneys on google and found Mr. Tully. When Mr. Tully says he wants you to feel comfortable and at ease he really means that. His office is small and warm, with an incredibly kind staff. Mr. Tully and his son both work at the practice, so this is a family run business. These men are so kind, and down to earth (if only all attorneys were this way). They stick to the facts and present realistic potential outcomes in regards to the case. They never once did any of the fancy gimmicks, pressuring, or intimidation you get from some of these big 1800 lawyers. I signed on to have him and his son represent me and the rest was a breeze. The phone calls, emails, and harassment from the insurance company all stopped. Mr. Tully and his son took over and needed very little from me (I'm sure this differs based on the complexity of each case) except some forms signed and medical records. Mr. Tully was upfront about costs, fees, etc. The case took some time to wind through the process. While we waited I would get a text form Mr. Tully or his son occasionally with a question or an update. Christmas cards, I think a birthday card, and a monthly newsletter in the mail. All of these things just showed how genuine and dedicated Mr. Tully and his son are to their clients. Finally the day came and Mr. Tully had a settlement offer, the offer was presented and I knew exactly what I would be getting upfront. We talked about it and decided to go back with a counter offer, and again Mr. Tully and his son went work. Mr. Tully and his son came back with an offer the far exceeded my expectations. We settled the case and never stepped foot inside a courtroom (again this is a case by case situation I'm sure). I would recommend Mr. Tully and his son to anyone who wants to be represented by a truly genuine attorney, who fights for his clients not himself. Give him a shot and I truly believe you will not be disappointed. Thank You Mr. Tully, Mr. Tully, and staff- the legal community and the world need more people like you!
