Bernie represented my son in a case 7 years ago that had a satisfactory conclusion. With the decision of the courts it lead him to the sobriety he enjoys now. Recently he was attempting to rent an apartment in another state and he was turned down because records showed he had a felony. This was incorrect so we contacted Bernie for advice. He and his staff instantly acted on this on our behalf. They looked up his case, judges ruling, PA law, composed and forwarded a letter to him and the rental agency, and personally called them. WOW all this in a matter of hours and really shocked us was he didn't charge a fee. He was happy our son was on the right track and enjoying a life free from his demons of the past and soon to be a father. I live in Latrobe & I had an accident & I called Bernie he is fanatics I also used him 29 yrs ago with another accident I had & he was amazing he always gets the most information he can get & he does everything he possibly can to help you as much as he can I highly recommend Bernie 200% I personally think he’s the best at what he does I’ve had other attorneys but Bernie always ends at the top . So if you have any kind of accident call him first he’s always very fair & does his best to help you the most .
