I'm opening a gym and was fortunate enough to get referred to Matt at Gym Lawyers. He took the time to learn about my business needs and walked me through everything I needed to be aware of legally. He reviewed and consulted on my lease, created my waiver, and built my membership agreement. It was all very thorough yet user friendly. I spent almost 3 years and thousands of dollars to be removed from a joint mortgage. I signed a quitclaim deed back in February of 2022. I actually hesitated and only did so because I was told I had to in order to be removed from the mortgage. Well its been 9 months and I'm still on it. No response from attorneys except a message about more $ due. Sadly feel I wasted time and money for nothing. Very disappointed and can't say I recommend at all.
