John Foster is a real professional. I run a firm that buys houses from people who need to sell off-market, and one of the reasons is people in some kind of financial trouble, pending foreclosure, etc. John helps us serve these people well and has really impressed us with his responsiveness, competence and character. All of this and he is incredibly reasonable with his billing. If you need someone to help you navigate difficult circumstances, I strongly recommend John.

Unfortunately, I don’t have many positive things to say. John worked with me financially, however he was very uncommunicative, unresponsive, often going weeks without acknowledging that I sent him a text, email or phone call. My boyfriend also hired him and is experiencing the same issue. If you have an immediate issue, he is not the lawyer for you.

John did what seem to be impossible and that was get my daughter back in my life for me. He is knowledgeable and very understanding. He will fight until the end for anyone. Highly recommend him!

I gave him an average rating only because he did get the job done after months and months of back n forth emails and a lot of ignoring my emails, if he didn't know what I meant in my emails he would just ignore them instead of asking me, seems like he procrastinated a lot... But at the end he did get my case handled except at the end I had to beg for my remaining retainer back, I seen a disciplinary board online about him which I still took my chances with him being he was one of the cheapest attorneys around... But take this review as you will and make your own choice on hiring mr. john foster...!

I hired Mr. Foster literally a few days before my custody hearing and he was available on my specific day but it also seemed like he dropped what he was doing to quickly take my complicated case on and most lawyers are just in it for the money but I felt heard by Mr. Foster and I felt like he actually cares about my kids and their safety. I hope to keep working with him till the end of my case and know that he truley cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is in a custody battle. He is honest and that’s a big big quality!

Custody battles are a parents worse nightmare. I couldn't afford a lawyer the first time around and was totally taken advantage because of that. Second mediation I knew I absolutely needed one. After countless consultations I couldn't find a lawyer willing to work with my financial standing. A friend recommended Mr. Foster and I am beyond thankful for her. Mr.Foster went above and beyond to set up a payment arrangement that wouldn't leave me completely unable to survive. He was undoubtedly the most caring attorney I've ever worked with. He listened to my concerns and fought for what I wanted and at the end of it I won everything I wanted. My child is beyond happy with the results and for that I am forever thankful for foster law group.
