John has been an amazing attorney and support through my high conflict custody battle. Our son loves both of his parents very much but unfortunately my co parent does not see it that way. John has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am informed of every step, and walk me through the process. I am truly so appreciative that I have hired him!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Great attorney if you need someone to represent you or your significant other for endangering a child’s life. He has won multiple case against the other party that has no criminal background and has not endanger children. I highly recommend foster

I hired John for a landlord-tenant dispute. I had a consultation with him, he was VERY knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information and answered all my questions. I had a long list of lawyers I was going to contact for a consultation, but I went no further than John Foster! I retained him for my matter, he was affordable, and definitely exceeded my expectations, and continues to do so! He is very pleasant to work with, and is timely in his responses. I never have to worry about waiting for him to get back to me, because he always does right away. I would rate him 10/10 and if you are searching for a lawyer, I would suggest him being your first call, because you do not have to look any further to get the knowledge and questions answered on your matter. I have spent the better part of of 2020 having Attorney John Foster at my disposal for my divorce. John called me on New Years Eve and actually met me on New Years Day for a consultation. I was very impressed with his kindness and knowledge. He helped me through a very difficult time. Several months later I called him for some advice and without hesitation he called me right back. John guided me down the right path and spent an hour and a half on the phone with me. He did not ask for anything in return. I can’t say that another attorney would ever do that. Any time I have needed him he has always pulled through, morning noon or night. John’s rates are far better than any attorney I have dealt with and it’s been a pleasure getting to know him personally and professionally. I have been working with John on my divorce for a year now. He has always been prompt with calling back, within no more than 3 business days. As this is my first, and hopefully last divorce, I have never been through the process so really have no clue how it works. John has taken time to answer all my questions and give me clear explanations of every step and option along the way. My ex has been practically completely unresponsive but John has continually filed all documents to move my divorce along as quickly as possible. He is very knowledgeable of the process and isn’t afraid to push when necessary, while covering all bases, but will also move at your desired pace (as allows). I would highly recommend John if you you find yourself in this position and need of legal consult or representation.
