SCAMMERS - RUN AWAY! Having multiples businesses, I've retained dozens of attorneys and firms in my life and have never dealt with one that is more slimy (and I'm from York City where many crooked attorneys run amuck). They blind sided me w/ hidden attorney consultations w/o consent and knowledge, unrevealed fees, violated agreed upon terms repeatedly, and charged billables for things we explicitly and specifically agreed against. When I terminated the relationship, they promised on multiple occasions to send the retainer balance and refunds, but never did. Thankfully, I have email correspondence and recorded the conversations because I am from a 2-party state. This will be easy to prove and I had to report them to the disciplinary board. Side note - the first local attorney I mentioned this to regarding an independent matter just so happen to have past clients who sued this firm and settled/won for the exact same type of behavior. STEER CLEAR of these thieves!
