Very shrewd, carefully thought out advice. Sometime the best thing to do is nothing when all the options in front of you look dangerous. Just let the situation evolve further and do not react on emotion.

My husband had an unfortunate chain of events that lead to him being charged. We did some research and found Kelvin and couldn’t have been more pleased. He took time to listen to our concerns as a family. Always made us feel we were in control of the decisions being made but gave us the legal support and advice. He never gave up on the case and continued to put the work in to make sure the out come was going to be the best one. We unfortunately live in a world where you are always being judged by past mistakes not the change you’ve made. We were blessed to have had someone in our corner. I would highly recommend him.

Although they got back to me very quickly and the lady I spoke to was wonderful!! I'm disappointed in the fact that apparently, since I have a very rare disease, regardless of all the medical research that's been done and documented on my condition, it's a free pass for my doctor to have neglected my medical condition and I was just told to find a new doctor. Despite being with the same PCP over 10years and him diagnosing me with this disorder, I have been getting treatment for a different diagnosis leaving my main diagnosis completely untreated to the point where I'm too physically disabled to work and can't even claim disability because of lack of medical evidence. So, if you have a rare disease that's left unchecked to the point you're disabled you have to continue to bare with it and doctor hop until someone is actually interested enough to try and help. I should have a whole medical team at this stage but I don't because my PCP likes to always use the phrase "it's a flair up " instead of actually trying to treat me or refer me to the proper specialists.

We had a difficult case, but Lupetin&Unatin took it on anyway. We were always treated with respect for our case and for us. Greg Unatin developed a good case strategy and lined up resources to provide justification for our position. Greg and his team spent the time required to learn the details to support our position and case and prepared us for trial. When we got to trial, they did an excellent job in presenting our case through witness testimony. They were also able to get our case across when cross examining the opposing witnesses. Opening and closing statements were well constructed and well presented. We highly recommend this firm to others.

The Tully Law firm is beyond Great. After my car was totaled. I was lost and did not know what to do. They were so helpful and reassuring that everything was going to be o.k. Never using an attorney before they made the process bearable, could not do enough. The whole Team was fantastic. They got more than I expected. I would use them if the again.
