Left an inquiry and talked to an intake specialist, was told I would hear something in a week, I called ten days later and was told with an attitude that if I didn't hear from anyone yet to just wait, been over a month now with no response. Even if you were not interested, the professional thing to do is at least respond with your decision and not have an attitude about it.

Every time I called with a problem the person on the phone always made sure to fix it. They helped out with payment and we’re very flexible especially during this time of the pandemic. They are amazing and effective. I would go back again.
