I hired Ana Lisa Petrella to do a SIMPLE custody agreement for me. She was non-responsive, never available, always had a reason why she didn't return my calls or e-mails and turned a simple task into a five month long saga. She charged me over SEVEN THOUSAND dollars for a pre-populated 5 page custody agreement that my ex agreed to sign (no court hearing was involved for this fee). She was the most incompetent, inept, unprofessional attorney I've ever had to deal with. Never again.

As an attorney and businessman in an exceedingly technical field, I have had the good fortune to work with a great many seasoned and excellent attorneys. While representing me in a complex matter, Ana Lisa demonstrated the skill, intelligence, and temperament to become one of Pittsburgh's premier family-law practitioners. Ana Lisa was referred to me from a family friend and I could not have been more blessed. Communication is a huge part of choosing the right counsel for your needs and I can tell you that Ana is an excellent communicator. She always responded to calls and emails typically within an hour or less and kept me up to date on all the progress she was making for me. Her honesty and professionalism was exactly what I needed on my side to my divorce quickly and drama free.

My experience with Ana Lisa representing me, in my child custody cases , was great . Before hireing her I had no rights , no written agreements, and I was lost in the family Davision system , I had no answers to my questions and I needed someone to have my back .
