I contacted Atty. Hayden to handle a deed for me and my husband. She worked quickly and made sure that I was updated throughout the process. I had been referred to Mr. Ryan Very who specializes in HOA and I spoke to Niki Erdner who explained my initial consultation and she was very professional. I had explained to her it was difficult for me to get to downtown Pittsburgh, but I could make arrangements. She was more than accommodating and said that we could do it over the phone. This was very kind because parking is awful in downtown and I walk with a cane. I appreciated her kindness and understanding.

My wife and I consulted Mr. Very on issues of estate preparation and elder care. He answered our questions, confirmed our understanding of some issues and corrected others. In the issue of elder care he alerted us to a complication of which we were unaware, and directed us to an annotated blog post he had prepared. This was a real life saver, as it could have had ruinous consequences for us.
