I hired Mr. DeLuca and his firm a couple of years ago when I was stopped and arrested for a DUI. As a former employee of the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office myself, I knew of Mr. DeLuca and his partners work as former prosecutors. Even knowing the criminal court system and the people involved I still did not feel comfortable dealing with something this serious on my own. I contacted several different attorneys whom I knew from my days at the DA's office (members of the defense bar and former prosecutors like Mr. DeLuca) but none of them stacked up to Mr. DeLuca and his team. I approached Mr. DeLuca for his services and because of my background and having no criminal record his recomendation to me was that I could do this just fine on my own and save myself some money. I told Anthony that while I do know the people and the system, I would feel much more comfortable having a professional handling my case. I knew of Anthony and his partners but never had to opportunity to work with them while I was at the DA's office. After dealing with Anthony and his partners with this case I can say with 100% certainty that I have never in my life delt with someone more professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and trustworthy in my life. Thoughout the entire process Mr. DeLuca kept me informed and was responsive to my many, many calls. If Mr. DeLuca was not available he would get back to me within the hour. Their office manager Reilly was also very helpful. If Mr. DeLuca was not available he would always ask if I wished to speak with Randy Ricciuti or Dan Konieczka; Mr. DeLuca's law partners. Reilly was also very helpful in walking me through the ARD process as well. When it came time for me to fill out my ARD paperwork at my preliminary hearing Mr. DeLuca thoroughly went over each piece of paperwork and what it meant to me and my future. When the hearing date was approaching he called me to check and see if I had any questions or concerns before I entered my ARD plea. At the hearing he was with me through every step, from my accepting the program in front of the judge to meeting with my probation officer. When my time on probation was up, my court costs were paid and license suspension served, Mr. DeLuca filed the appropriate paperwork to get my charges expunged. I could not and would not recommend any other attorney around. They are by far and away the most knowlegdable and understanding group of guys out there.

I contacted Mr. Deluca to represent me in a criminal case. My schedule is very pressing so he was very flexible and travelled to me so that we could discuss my case. He was beyond forthcoming in stating that he felt his partner would be the best fit to represent me. He was very humble and honest. I did hire his firm to represent me and the outcome was better than I had expected. Furthermore, a year later Mr. Deluca again took the time out of his schedule to speak to me when I felt the need to contact his office to clarify a few things. Mr. Deluca exceeds in the area of people skills, active listening and legal advice. He never acted condesending as some may in his position and was very sensitive towards what I was experiencing. The fee from his firm was minimal compared to the service that his firm had presented on my behalf.
