I sustained serious injuries in an auto accident in 2021, which turned my life upside down. At the time, I was encouraged to contact an Attorney, and contacted Edgar Snyder and Associates due to all of the great things they do for the community. My case was taken on by Attorney Brad Trust and his Associate Mary Fleck. I cannot say enough about how I was treated with dignity and respect throughout my ordeal and every time I reached out with a question or with information about my medical treatment, Mary got back to me immediately and not once was I left hanging. I would highly recommend Edgar Snyder and Associates as everything they told me would happen along the way was 100% accurate. Therefore, I am completely satisfied with the outcome of my case! I called after I got injured at work & was told I didn't have a case until my employer was fighting my worker comp claim 1 1/2 week later my case was in ligation so i called back and was told I took to long to can them, I said I called less then 2 weeks ago & was told I didn't have any reason to get an attorney to call back if and when comp fights my claim... Now your telling me you will not even hear what happened and they are fighting my claim. They said we don't take cases in ligation. They never ever heard my case or said what attorney I should call. I ended up on full disability from my injuries however I only got paid for my neck and shoulder 62,500.00 & my back was thrown out. NO THANK TO THEM!!!

I was rear-ended by a drunk driver in 1999 near Altoona Pa at a high rate of speed (75 mph) and I sustained significant injuries to my neck vertebrae. I called Edgar Snyder Law Offices and, over a period of 3 months, I sent all the police reports, medical docs, accident pictures and injury photos as per their requests. I was then assigned one of their attorneys and was told that the case was strong, and that I will be contacted regarding any court dates or insurance company communications. I was enrolled at PSU at the time and was very busy with school / work / medical recovery for the following 9 months afterwards. I didn’t hear anything from my attorney yet I was receiving offers from the drunk drivers insurance company and I was unsure as to why I had not heard from my attorney in the interim. I called Edgar Snyder Law Office and requested that my attorney call me asap. Another few months pass and I hear nothing from my attorney. I begin calling once a week trying to communicate with my attorney and each time I am told I will be called back as soon as the attorney was free.. this never happened. I finally start getting anxious about the situation and tell the receptionist that answers my calls to the Edgar Snyder law office that I am astounded by their lack of communication and lack of professionalism.. Over a year had passed since the accident and I had yet to hear anything from my assigned attorney other than the retainer conversation at the beginning. I was then told that my attorney had quit and due to the complications of the Y2K (Year 2000) computer bug, that their database was inaccessible and that they were not even sure who was assigned to my case currently or had any type of status updates for me. She did, however, offer her opinion that she doubted the likelihood of a financial settlement due to a statement I made to the police at the scene of the accident that I didn’t think I was injured too significantly. This was conflicted by the paramedics on the scene who rushed me via ambulance to the hospital and by the surgery I eventually required. At that point I told them that I no longer wanted to use their legal services and that I needed all of my documentation back. I did receive all my documentation back and I hired an attorney from a law office out of Philadelphia (Soloff & Zervanos) that immediately took the case and, within a few years, had finally concluded after a deposition in which I was awarded a significant financial payout, over $250k. I believe the Law Office of Edgar Snyder relies on “low-hanging fruit” cases where there is very little investigation or litigation necessary and that they spend more money on marketing vs quality employees. DO NOT CALL Edgar Snyder Law Office if you are injured in an accident.. spend a few hours researching for an attorney that will work for you vs doing the bare minimum for their substantial 33% cut of your payout.
