My son and I called the office and asked to speak to someone about a particular problem we were having. Never having been in, or spoken to, anyone from the office before, we were surprised that one of the "twins", sorry didn't catch his name, answered the phone. He was so friendly, and was so helpful, giving his opinions and advice without mentioning we come into the office to discuss it further. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with us, we felt like we had known him for years. What a guy! He gave us the advice we were asking for, free of any charges, and said he was happy to help us. Well, you can be sure this will be our attorney whenever/ if ever, we need real legal representation. And we will also be recommending this law firm to anyone who asks. I was involved in a serious vehicle accident nearly 8 years ago. Initially, I hired a different high profile law firm for my claim and after 8 years, there seemed to be no hope for settlement. I talked to SS&F and they agreed to take my case. In less than 1 year, my case was settled and for more than I had hoped for! Mainly due to the fact that their percentage is a fraction of the cost of other firms. The team at SS&F got to work immediately and I have now been made whole for my losses.
